Hollywood Hotel acknowledges its responsibility to respect the environment and manage its impacts for the benefit of the Hollywood community in which it operates and is committed to measuring and managing those impacts and finding innovative ways to reduce them. Hollywood Hotel will:
• Implement sound environmental practices in the design development and operation of Hollywood Hotel.

• Endeavor to reduce the use of energy and water, and re-use and recycle the resources consumed wherever practical.
• Engage our guests, colleagues, investors, suppliers, and contractors in efforts to protect the environment.

Standard Cancellation Policy Booked on Official Hotel Website Only
Canceling your reservation before 4:00 PM (local hotel time) on [CHECKIN DATE] will result in no charge. Canceling your reservation after 4:00 PM (local hotel time) on [CHECKIN DATE], or failing to show, will result in a charge of 1 night per room to your credit card or other guaranteed payment method. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. Early Check Out before confirmed departure date results in forfeiture of payment(s).
Cancellation Policy for Non-Refundable Pre-Paid Reservations Booked on Official Hotel Website Only
Canceling your reservation any time before [CHECKIN DATE] will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in a forfeiture of your deposit and a cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. Early Check Out before confirmed departure date results in forfeiture of payment(s).
Credit/Debit Card Policy
A Credit/Debit card with an embedded security chip, matching the first and last name on the reservation and your government issued ID such as a driver’s license or passport, must be present and authorized by our Credit/Debit card validation system for registration to check into the hotel and for our system to generate a room key. When using a Debit Card – please note funds will automatically be deducted from your bank account for room & tax, parking charges, if any, plus $200 for any incidental/purchases and/or damage charges you may incur. The remaining deposit will be released from your account at check out. Your bank may take up to seven (7) business days to refund this amount into your account. The hotel will NOT be responsible for Debit Card overdraft or over limit fees. For these reasons, we encourage to use of a credit card instead.
