Calls to and from the hotel may be recorded for quality and service purposes; where calls are recorded, you will hear a disclosure. If you share contact details with us during a call — for example, an email address for a confirmation — we may add those details to your guest record so we can serve you.

AI and Automation
We use software, including artificial-intelligence tools that run on the hotel's own systems, to help us analyze our operations and prepare guest communications. Marketing messages prepared with AI assistance are reviewed by our team before they are sent. If you ever interact directly with an automated assistant — for example, on the phone — it will identify itself as automated. Your personal information is not used to train third-party AI systems.

‍Processing of Your Data Within the GauVendi Booking Solution
‍When you complete a reservation through our website, GauVendi processes certain data required to fulfill your booking. The following information may be processed:
