The Walk of Fame - Stars

There are so many places to see and activities to do in Hollywood it might be hard to decide where to start. One opportunity you won’t want to miss is seeing and learning about the Walk of Fame, one of the most famous destinations in Hollywood.

ATTEND IN PERSON

One of the most exciting things about the Walk of Fame is that visitors can actually attend the ceremonies where celebrities receive their stars. This is a great opportunity to see a number of celebrities all at once! Lin-Manuel Miranda, best known for creating the hit musical "Hamilton," received a star on the Walk of Fame on Nov. 30, 2018, with guest speakers Rita Moreno and Weird Al Yankovic. At these ceremonies, all visitors are allowed to attend and the event is free!

The Hollywood Walk of Fame is located at Hollywood Blvd and Vine Street. The largest stretch of the walk is located along 15 blocks down Hollywood Boulevard. The Walk of Fame continues for three blocks on Vine Street. Try to find the stars of some of your favorite celebrities, singers, entertainers, actors and more. Along the way you’ll find classic stars, such as Elvis Presley and Marilyn Monroe, as well modern-day celebrities, such as Adam Levine and Steve Carell.

WATCH ONLINE

Even if you can't attend a ceremony in person, you can always watch the live stream on the Walk of Fame website. View some of the most recent ceremonies here, including those for Sarah Silverman, Michael Douglas, Ice Cube, and Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn, who received their stars together!
