Come enjoy a long, slow summer night in the enchanted garden at Los Angeles' Natural History Museum. Watch the sun set as you take a turn in the museum's backyard and stumble through a selection of outdoor experiences, each with nature-inspired take-home activities. Then settle in on the lawn with your blanket and picnic basket and relax to the beats from live music performances. Pack water with your meal or sip a garden-infused cocktail sold on the grounds. We'll have food trucks too if planning a picnic isn't your thing.

Two 'Summer Nights in the Garden' are scheduled for July 12th and 26th from 5 to 9 pm. Events on these evenings include musical performances by Girls Gone Vinyl, Todd Simon, and Masanga Miramba, along with art and science demonstrations, poetry readings, and celestial observations at the Black Rock Observatory. Look online for the full summer schedule. We'll see you there!
